There are 2 king size beds. Both master suites have king size beds. 3 queen size beds (one in the blue bedroom and both Pyramid beds have queen size beds on the bottom. Pool is salt water now. We do provide pillows and a comforter for each bed. House easily sleeps 15

    We enjoyed this house ver much. Has a very nice pool and it is one off the beach. It was very nicely appointed with many toys for the pool, a ton of bikes. Everyone in ,y party of 7 adults and 2 young boys had a place to retreat when they wanted to. Yet, the main living area could accommodate everyone for meals and evening TV. Also, the house had many porches / terraces from which to view the ocean. Last, it was close to many restaurants and attractions.

Pet friendly. Surf City Home with a salt water Pool! One off the ocean. Two Master Bedrooms. Five Bedrooms/Four Baths, Several Decks with Ocean Views! Corner property on Ocean Terrace, just across from the Beach.

Tenant has use of Garage and Bikes, but if a Bike is damaged or lost, tenant will be responsible to replace. Please bring your own linens, blankets, pillows, and towels, or go to www.sand-bucket.com for rentals of these items, 6 beach badges are provided as a courtesy by the owner. Be sure to leave them at the house upon departure.
