Pay by E-Check

If you would like to pay by E-Check, follow the instructions below to pay inside your Guest Portal. If you have not signed up for the portal yet, click button below to “Sign up for Guest Portal” and your agent will send you a link with instructions to sign up.

Instructions for making an E-Check payment inside Guest Portal.

1. Login to Guest Portal.

2. Click “My Leases”. On the left menu.

3. Click “Payments” button.

4. Under the left column that is titled “Pay”, click the checkbox for all payments you wish to make. Depending on your device, the checkbox might say “Will Pay”.

5. Click the “E-Check” box in bottom and enter your Account #, Routing # and Account type. There is no fee to pay by E-Check.

6. Click “Submit Payment”.
