This was our first year renting this property in Surf City. Spent the week with my daughter and my grandchildren and our spouses. Loved the property very much! Beautiful home, lots of space, kitchen fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could need, perfect location to beach entrance and main street -- you can walk to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay for the week we were there. We love this house. Very comfortable, nicely laid out, great location to many places.

This house was perfect for us! We have two children in their twenties who each like to invite a few friends. The set up of the bedrooms was great for this situation- the bunk room, room with twin beds, and room with day bed/trundle were all near each other, with their own bathroom, giving the parents a bit more quiet and privacy. Having beach chairs, umbrellas and an extra fridge available to renters was also a big plus. Would love to stay here again!

This was our third year staying at this house. My entire family (especially my grandkids) love staying at this location. The home is well equipped with everything we need (especially love that paper products are available and the kitchen is so well stocked with "everything"...
