No pets. 4 beach badges are provided by the owner for tenant use as a courtesy. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the replacement of any lost/missing badges. Surf City is a great family community and for all those Jan and Dean fans, do you remember the song — Going to “Surf City”—
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made.
