This is our 5th of 6th year at this house. It has everything we need in a beach vacation. In particular, we really appreciate the private front garden, the nearness to the beach, the outdoor shower, and the thoughtful arrangement of the home’s interior. There is great energy in this house!

Great place- beach, biking, Ship Bottom area was quiet enough yet tons to do. Surf lessons, dinners on bbq or out.

Description

WiFi. Deck. O/S Shower. Beach Badges. Private Yard. Seashore cottage on the ocean block. Only five (5) houses to the beach, with no street to cross! . Enjoy an open floor plan with lots of windows! House can be accessed from either E 26th St., or E. Ship Bottom Ave., with parking on both sides. A secluded patio area allows you to enjoy & relax after a day at the beach; complete with gas grill. NO SMOKING, and NO PETS permitted.
Guests must bring linens, Pillows and Duvets are provided. Six beach badges are provided by the owner.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
