Three full bedrooms with closets + 2 full bathrooms (one with a walk in shower the other with a bathtub that is also a shower) + a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer + complete kitchen with an island + dining room and a living room….Outside shower has hot and cold water.

The upper level man deck is approximately 300 sq ft and will have a table with benches/chairs and an L shaped outdoor couch with cocktail table. A gas grill will be in the deck.

Pool (when installed) is a 10 by 28 by 4.5 deep with a separate spa with jets on one end. Both sides will be heated. Area around the pool will have pavers, a table with benches/chairs, a fire pit with 4 chairs, and two reclining lounge chairs.
