    Overall it was an excellent house. Really enjoyed the backyard/pool. There is no shade in the backyard but it was really great. Only drawback overall was the trach/recycle on the turnover. All the pails were full and made it difficult to transition our week.

    The owners provided a fully equipped, clean, and functional property for the large family. Directions were provided for the use of all equipment and services. A "welcome bag" was included which contained beach towels and a generous gift certificate. Our six grandchildren, ages 7,8,9,10,11, and 12, rated this the "best beach house yet" after years gathering on LBI each summer.

    Three families have been vacationing together in LBI for several years and this was one of the BEST times we've ever had! Great location, great house with a great pool and hot tub. Couldn't find a thing wrong. Definitely would like to rent again next summer. :)

    We had a great stay there. The house was perfect. The pool was exceptional. The realty company was far past exceptional. We look forward to staying there again next year perfect location for everything that we needed. House was clean. The pool was clean and the property was well maintained inside and out.

    This is the second year we've rented this amazing home. We're a group of three families who have vacationed together on LBI for the past 10-12 years. By far, everyone LOVES this house! it's in a perfect location and has just the right vibe for our group. The owners have been very gracious and welcoming and the home is always very well stocked with everything we need. it doesn't get better than this house!
