    From the moment we booked I knew this trip was going to be special. The owner took great care in educating us in advance on the property and the area. Communication was very easy and timely. The kids enjoyed being able to walk (or run) directly to the beach. It was a short distance to shops and restaurants. The area is very quiet and street is not busy. When we arrived, it was obvious the condo had been freshly cleaned. As a family with 2 young children, I'm often hesitant about renting properties, we have had varying experiences, but the cleanliness of this particular property exceeded my expectations. Overall the property was in immaculate condition for its age, and the owner shared with me they are planning for some updates this fall. The outdoor shower was a great feature as we were able to limit sand coming in and kept our beach items there so we didn't have to lug them around. The location is ideal. Set at the end of the island, directly above the dunes, it was a dream to have a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the waves, and have a glass of wine on the balcony at night while enjoying the sounds of the beach. Overall, we had an incredible experience with our stay and are planning to return and make this property a yearly family tradition.
