CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.

We have been vacationing in LBI for several years. This home is the perfect location, convenient and we really loved it. It is close to beach access, quiet neighborhood (aside from construction across the street), a short walk to a great restaurant and bagel/sandwich shop. The house is well equipped and our agent is just wonderfully helpful! We look forward to many years of family vacations on the island! Would highly recommend!
