There is a spiral stair case off the deck that leads up to the roof top deck that you can see endless view up and down the beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while you enjoy your coffee on the deck.
The house has central air conditioning You will have convenient off-street Parking for 2 cars. Close to shops and restaurants.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.

Had great weather except for 11/2 days. Great location to beach. Took advantage of bay beach with the grandchildren. Comfortable beds, enough room for us. A little deferred maintenance with kitchen lights out and inside shower handle came off. Outside shower could use a good cleaning. House was cute and comfortable. A good value god the price.
