Four Beach Badges and 2 Beach Chairs are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the replacement cost of any missing or lost badges.
Non-Refundable Pet Fee $300 second pet $150
No smoking permitted.”
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guest must agree/complete a Rental Agreement with 48 hours of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS (unless pet friendly). NO PROMS, NO WEDDINGS
