Considering we were not able to see the interior of the house prior to arrival what we found was equal to or better than described by our MAR agent. This was a pleasant surprise. Extras that we found included beach chairs and umbrellas for tenant use, game room on the 1st level, 2nd refrigerator, and especially the Sun Setter awning covering the main deck. The house was wonderful on a lovely, quiet block and the location near the beach was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the downstairs game room. Unfortunately, there was some construction going on at the house next door and the noise from that was a bit unpleasant during the day. But since we spent much of the day at the beach, we were able to avoid that somewhat.

This home is bright and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. The views of the ocean are amazing and from the deck we could watch the sunset over the bay. The proximity to the ocean (2nd house from the beach) made this a great place for vacationing with young children.

The home is exactly as pictured. The proximity to the beach was great. everything was clean and having multiple washer and dryers was a bonus. The game room was not only fun for the kids but the adults as well. Our favorite spot was the deck off the kitchen. The large table and views of the ocean made it perfect for family meals.

Lovely house with everything you could need. Beautiful ocean views from the couch or the top deck, great spots to have your morning coffee and listen to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and lots of bathrooms for everyone. Especially loved having two refrigerators and two sets of washer dryers. Being steps from the beach is wonderful. Highly recommend!
