    Theresa helped us secure a late request rental for a milestone Birthday! The house was situated oceanfront and was more than what we could have wished for. Theresa’s communication throughout the process made the vacation that more enjoyable! We will be booking again next year and with Theresa due to her professionalism, high level communication and making sure we found the perfect place to rent for our family!

    This year was the fifth year my family has stayed at this house! The layout works for us - with the bedrooms on the first floor and the open living room and kitchen space on the top floor. The views of the ocean from the second floor are beautiful. The location is really what makes this house work for us - it's right next to the beach and so walk-able into town. We love it here!

    This was the 6th year I have rented at this location for my family. It's really in the perfect location - it's the first house next to the beach and such a short walk into town. We keep coming back to this rental because of the location ~ you can't get any better! The house itself works great for us - especially the reverse living space - we love the top floor with the open concept of kitchen/living room area. The space is wonderful.
