New Polywood Dining set w/6 chairs on covered deck. We are working hard to provide a clean, minimal germ, environment for our tenants. Our cleaning crew will be sanitizing between arrivals using hospital grade sanitizer. Both hard and soft surfaces will be sanitized. We have modified our check-in time to 4:00 p.m., instead of our usual 2:00 p.m., to allow for additional sanitizing needs

Six (6) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of any missing or lost badges.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
