Great house for a family with short walk to beach or bay. Bedrooms are good sizes as well as the open space living room & kitchen. Outside patio was a wonderful bonus and such a nice feature, we enjoyed sitting outside and grilling. Location is perfect for shopping, food and ice cream!

We had a great week and great weather! We loved the addition of the pergola and the landscaping from the new owners. It was so nice to sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the weather! Very happy with the accommodations. The house was clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. We were sad that the week went so quickly!

Rented both floors from July 8th through July 15th. Family members occupied both units.

Location to the beach is excellent. All the appliances and upgraded kitchen were awesome and we loved getting use out of them. We also enjoyed the deck and the indoor couches for night time hangs.
